Free X Living is a lifestyle brand focused on motivating people to strive for a better life. FXL was created in 2018 by Jalen Parham out of Chesapeake, VA in an area known as the 757.

We set out to improve the mindsets and lifestyles of everyday people by focusing on motivation, self awareness, healthy habits, social awareness, entrepreneurship and community.

We pride ourselves on our slogan "Free Mind, Free Body, Free Soul." X-Factor is a unique feature a person possesses which gives them the confidence and ability to be their best self. Each person has a gift in life it could be a smile, creativity, kind gesture, meaningful words etc.
